TRUELY SUGAR FREE - I have been diabetic since I was 13, when I ask someone if there item is sugar free and they say yes I believe them however I get it and then I eat it and it shoots my blood sugars through the roof. I can never figure out why.

Well they may not use sugar or they use Splenda as a substitute however Splenda will still raise your blood sugars and if they use regular flour that will raise your blood sugars, brown sugar has carbs in it so that will raise your blood sugars too.

I have found that if I use Almond Flour, Allulose Sugar, Splenda Brown Sugar and Sugar Free Chocolate chips that I can get the carb and sugar content of these cookies to less then 6 carbs per cookie. Um can you say YES PLEASE !!!!!
